Pulling from wide experiences as a Technical Support Manager, Product Owner, factory Continuous Improvement program manager, and UX Designer, I have a deep respect for human-centered inquiry and systematic problem-solving. I love working with people where they are, to help them create new processes and streamlined workflows.

Awarded September 2023:
True Lean certification, Toyota/University of Kentucky Partnership: hands-on experience learning and learning to facilitate the true essence of the Toyota Production System, including instruction from former leaders from Toyota’s first North American plant. Learned A3 problem-solving, approaches to encourage and facilitate Kaizen exercises, and emphasis on Respect for People.
